Construction at Loam House has reached a significant new milestone, with works now rising above ground.
Following the completion of basement excavation, the foundations are firmly in place for the next phase of construction. The recent installation of the tower crane marks a pivotal moment on site, enabling the commencement of the building core and signalling the transition from groundwork to vertical form.
This milestone represents more than progress alone. It reflects the measured and considered approach that defines Loam House, a project shaped by its connection to place. Drawing from the layered geological character of Sandringham, the architecture is conceived as an extension of its environment, grounded in natural materiality and expressed through refined linear forms.
As construction continues, this design intent will begin to take visible shape. The emergence of the structure above ground offers the first true glimpse of a building designed in harmony with its coastal surrounds – where form, texture and proportion are carefully resolved to create a timeless residential address.
Each stage brings Loam House closer to completion, with delivery anticipated mid-2027.
As this next phase unfolds, we invite you to experience Loam House firsthand at the display this Saturday, 11 April 2026, from 11am to 2pm, or via private appointment. Here, you can explore the project vision in detail, from material selections to architectural intent, and gain a deeper understanding of the residences taking shape.
With construction progressing and key milestones now achieved, this is also an opportune time to secure your residence and take advantage of the current stamp duty savings available during this stage.
