When Auyin Developments purchased land at 212-216 Bay Road, Sandringham, the plan was to build a series of apartments that were larger than average, and therefore offered a good family-friendly alternative to townhouses. As such, this three-stage $120 million project will feature a number of apartments that are between 120 and 220 square metres, a size well above Melbourne's average of 95 square metres.
